I love this vacuum but not customer support

The vacuum and the filters are great. The customer support isn’t good. I paid for my filter order then I didn’t receive a tracking number or a package for over a week. I emailed my order summary to customer support they said that I hadn’t responded to their email. Not only did I respond, I purchased the filters. Only after showing my order summary then my order was shipped. There is a major disconnect, customer support doesn’t know when an order is placed plus the order isn’t shipped until proof of purchase over a week later.
